1. About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to text message and email communications from Bright Build Remodeling LLC ("Bright Build", "we", "us"), 160 Alewife Brook Pkwy #1003, Cambridge, MA 02138, Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor #654687. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
2. Information on this site
Content on this site, including sample estimates, cost ranges and project photos, is for general information only. It is not a quote or a binding offer. Pricing for your project is provided only in a written, itemized estimate after a consultation, and work begins only under a signed written contract.
3. Promotions
Promotions such as the built-in storage upgrade apply only as described on the page where they appear, including any booking deadline, and only with a signed remodeling contract. The exact scope of any included upgrade is written into your estimate. Promotions have no cash value and may be changed or ended at any time for new inquiries.
4. Text messaging program
- Program: Bright Build Remodeling sends text messages about your inquiry, consultations, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and project updates. If you separately opted in, we may also send occasional remodeling ideas and offers.
- Opt-in: you opt in by checking a consent box on our website form, or by giving consent when you contact us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Use of the site
Please use this site lawfully and don't submit false information or someone else's contact details. Photos, text and design on this site belong to Bright Build or are used with permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bright Build is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Your remodeling project is governed by your written contract with us.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
