What does a remodel cost here?
A bathroom typically starts around $25,000; kitchens run higher. Older homes can add plumbing, electrical or structural work. That's why every line is itemized.
How long does it take, with permits?
Permits in Newton, Brookline and nearby towns can take a few weeks. You get a realistic start date with your estimate, and we file the permits.
What if you find something behind the walls?
We flag likely issues before you sign. Anything new, you hear the same day, with options and costs.
What's in the storage upgrade?
A built-in suited to your project: a pull-out pantry, a vanity tower or a built-in wall. The scope is written into your estimate. Consultation booked by October 31, with a signed remodeling contract.
Do you work on older homes?
Yes. Much of our work is in pre-1940 homes: plaster, old wiring and plumbing, structural changes.
